The studio asked illustrator Cel Castellá to portray her vision of Paris – Paris under its winter light. This city where Tiptoe was born and which inspires the artist every day.
Cel Castellá is an Argentine artist who has been living in Paris for seven years and now works in illustration, embroidery, and painting. What inspires her is not the monuments, but everyday life.
“I love observing how people inhabit the city, how they walk… Paris lives in those small details you don’t see on postcards. And even though the city often looks like a film, what I prefer is when the glamour cracks a little: the guy running after the bus, the dog barking from a window. It’s that mix of chaos and charm that inspires me every day.”
For this collaboration, Cel captures the small details of everyday life—those moments that reveal reality: imperfect moments where charm and chaos intertwine, bringing to life a Paris full of surprises.
