Tiptoe offers a functional warranty on all products purchased on the website, in shops or from official Tiptoe retailers.
What is the functional warranty ?
The functional warranty covers all defects affecting the correct function of our products, including mechanical parts, welds and bending.
However, some defects are not covered by this warranty:
- Surface damage (stains, rings, discolourations, corrosion) not declared at the time of delivery.
- Deterioration resulting from improper use or installation.
- Normal wear and tear and the natural ageing of materials.
- Corrosion of outdoor furniture due to use in a coastal environment*.
*The anti-corrosion warranty applicable to outdoor furniture also does not cover this defect.
All about the Tiptoe warranty
The product warranty is automatically activated when you purchase a Tiptoe product on our website or in one of our official shops.
It covers replacement of the defective product or part, subject to presentation of proof of purchase.
This warranty applies to products purchased from 01.01.2024 and only in the European Union. Outside this area, the statutory 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase, remains in force.
