Intellectual Property

The site is entirely governed by French law.

All images, photographs, illustrations, and designs as well as texts and comments reproduced on the TIPTOE company site are protected by copyright, trademark law, and image rights worldwide.

The content published on this site is the full and exclusive property of TIPTOE. The content may not be used, modified, or adapted without the express written consent of TIPTOE. Any unauthorized use of the site tiptoe.fr or its content may be considered plagiarism and prosecuted under articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any link, even tacitly authorized, referring to the TIPTOE site or one of its satellite sites must be removed upon simple request from TIPTOE.

These conditions do not grant the user licenses to use TIPTOE’s trademarks, logos, or photographs.

Personal Data

TIPTOE reserves the right to collect data related to site users in a nominative manner. If you wish to purchase one of our products online, you will need to provide certain personal information to place your order. This information is securely stored and can be updated upon user request.

The company commits not to disclose personal data collected on its site. However, it reserves the right to use them for marketing, study, or internal statistical purposes.

In accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, tiptoe.fr has been declared to the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) under number 1882815 and limits TIPTOE in the collection and processing of this information to internal use. However, comments, suggestions, and reviews will be treated as such and therefore are not confidential and do not constitute your private property.

The user has the right to object, access, modify, and delete their data (Art 40 of the Data Protection Act). To exercise this right, the user must contact TIPTOE either by mail or email.

The Client expressly authorizes TIPTOE to place a file called a "cookie" on the client’s hard drive.

This "cookie" aims to facilitate the collection of statistics, client recognition, and identification in the "my account" area of the TIPTOE site. A cookie does not allow us to identify you personally. Generally, it records information related to your navigation on our site, which we can read during your subsequent visits.

Use of Photos and Rights Transfer

When you publish content on social networks using the identification @tiptoedesign or the hashtag #tiptoedesign on the image and/or in the comment, the author of the photograph:

– authorizes TIP TOE S.A.S. to use the photograph;

– transfers to them, without reservation, the reproduction, representation, and adaptation rights attached to the photograph.

This authorization and rights transfer is valid worldwide for five (5) years from the publication of the mentioned content.

TIP TOE S.A.S. may reproduce, represent, and adapt this photograph for all commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes, by any means and on any medium, including the internet and print media.

You also authorize TIP TOE S.A.S. to mention your account alongside the photograph.

You acknowledge and accept that this authorization and transfer are granted free of charge and will not entitle you to any remuneration.

Hyperlinks

Hyperlinks leading to external sites do not engage TIPTOE’s responsibility, especially regarding commercial offers or advertisements presented on those sites. The decision to activate a hyperlink remains the exclusive property of the site users.

Applicable Law & Severability

If, for any reason, a user, institution, or any other entity contests one or more provisions of these terms, the invalidity of this or these provisions will not affect the rest of the terms and will not exempt the user from the obligations mentioned above.

The site is governed by French law. The conditions above are interpreted according to French law. Foreign users must ensure compliance with local laws in force.
