No, we do not offer custom-made products. All our products (finishes, sizes and colors) are available on our website.

All products purchased from Tiptoe on our website, in store, or from one of our official retailers are covered by a functional warranty.

The functional warranty covers any defects affecting the proper functioning of our products.

To view the invoice for your order, simply go to your “My account” area, then click on the “Orders” section.

We offer several convenient and secure payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards: We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
• Bank transfer: Bank transfers are accepted for transactions of €1,000 or more. Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you our bank details so you can complete the payment within 7 days. After this period, the order will be cancelled.
• Alma: This payment method allows you to split the cost of your purchase into several installments.
• Amex: We accept payments with American Express cards.

TIPTOE offers you the option to pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments with our partner Alma. You will therefore be charged one third or one quarter of the total amount each month, on the anniversary date of your order.

This service is free of charge and available for:

• Payment in 3 installments for purchases starting from €250 incl. VAT
• Payment in 4 installments for purchases starting from €1,000 incl. VAT

*This service is available only for orders shipped to France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and Italy.

Pickup Point Delivery (5 to 10 days) : Collect your order from the pickup point of your choice. In the event of storage unavailability, the parcel may be redirected to another nearby pickup point.

Standard Delivery (5 to 10 days) : Delivery to your doorstep or at the foot of your building. This service is available throughout France and in all countries we ship to.

Comfort Delivery (5 to 10 days) : Delivery to your floor or directly in front of your house. This service is available exclusively in the Île-de-France region.

Premium Delivery (+10 days after shipment) : Delivery to the room of your choice, whether in your house or upstairs in your apartment. This service is available in France (excluding Île-de-France) as well as in selected European countries, including Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link provided by the carrier. This link is also available in your customer account.

The delivery times indicated apply only to products that are in stock. The availability of each item is specified directly on its product page.

We are currently no longer shipping to the United States and Canada. If you are a business customer, please contact us at project@tiptoe.fr.

As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order in real time.

You can also track your order directly from your “My Account” area, located at the top right of our website.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at: hello@tiptoe.fr.

However, once the order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal upon delivery.

We therefore invite you to refuse the parcel at the time of delivery and inform our customer service team by email. The parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse, and we will issue your refund as soon as it is received.

• If you are absent at the time of delivery and have not received a paper or email delivery notice, please contact our customer service team to check whether a new delivery attempt can be arranged.
• For small parcels, it is usually possible to collect your order from a pickup point.

Unfortunately, products may occasionally be damaged during transport. If you notice any damage upon receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your parcel is being shipped to a country outside the European Union. Therefore, VAT is not applied to your order on our website, except for orders shipped to the United Kingdom.

However, additional charges may apply upon arrival: local VAT and any applicable customs duties must be paid at the time of delivery. These fees vary depending on the value of the order and the regulations in force in the destination country. The carrier will contact you directly regarding payment.
