TIPTOE x HEJU : colorscape
TIPTOE chose to team up with Hélène Pinaud and Julien Schwartzmann, aka studio HEJU, to blend its iconic objects with new soft, natural shades.
An exclusive collaboration around color
Over the years, various trips to Scandinavia have (unconsciously) helped shape and refine a palette that now defines HEJU’s work, with poetic, refined half-tones. For TIPTOE, the duo created 4 new colors and applied them to its iconic objects: the 75 cm and 43 cm clamp table legs, the LOU stool, and the BRACKET wall hooks.
Scandinavia as a source of inspiration
Discovering Sweden, Finland and Denmark gave HEJU a wealth of inspiration through their lush landscapes, nature that changes with the seasons, and truly distinctive architecture. This color range invites you to immerse yourself in Nordic tones, feel the comforting atmosphere of their interiors, and embrace their art of living in harmony with nature.
TIPTOE icons blended with soft, natural shades
It was important to the HEJU architects that the new colors could work together, while also complementing the colors already present in the TIPTOE range.
Spruce beige
Spruce is a soothing ecru shade, almost bare, reminiscent of the bright woods of the North that are so central to our work. It brings a true sense of clarity and pairs easily with all other colors.
Cinnamon brown
Cinnamon is a blend of brown and tawny, like a nod to the pastries typical of Nordic cuisine. This slightly muted, comforting terracotta brings warmth to the other shades.
Dawn pink
Dawn is a soft, warm pink that immerses us in the serenity of polar skies with delicately pink-tinted glows. Pink is the iconic color of the HEJU studio’s work, reimagined here in a bolder, more enveloping way.
Heather green
Heather is a shimmering green that evokes the variety of shades found in Scandinavia’s wild landscapes and lush forests. It is a bold, distinctive hue that enhances the entire TIPTOE x HEJU range.
About HEJU
Hélène Pinaud and Julien Schwartzmann founded the interior architecture studio Heju in 2017. They have created a world that blends Japanese and Scandinavian influences, working with straight lines and minimalist volumes to create timeless spaces. The duo favors natural materials and uses white as the foundation of their work, creating contrasts with color. The choice of materials, colors, and textures is central to their approach, helping create atmospheres that appeal to all the senses.
From January 17, find the 75 cm and 43 cm clamp table leg, as well as the LOU stool and BRACKET wall brackets, in store and on tiptoe.fr.
