The RESTORE program

RESTORE is a circular program that allows you to return your TIPTOE table legs and wall brackets in exchange for a voucher valid on tiptoe.fr. We then refurbish your old TIPTOE objects to give them a second life and extend their lifespan!

For now, we only take back TIPTOE table legs (43, 75, 90 and 110 cm) and BRACKET wall brackets.

This is the first test phase of the program. We then hope to extend RESTORE to more products.

To take part in the RESTORE program, you must meet a few conditions:Return an eligible product (wall brackets and 43, 75, 90 and 110 cm table legs)Live in FranceHave purchased your products on tiptoe.fr after 2015

For now, RESTORE is only available for French consumers but feel free to reach out to hello@tiptoe.fr. We'll try to find a way to take back your TIPTOE items.

Please note that RESTORE is a new initiative that will evolve overtime as we're eager to open it to more products and further geographies.

If you bought your TIPTOE items from one of our approved retailers, you are not currently eligible for the RESTORE program. However, you can write to us at hello@tiptoe.fr. We will try to find a solution together!

The RESTORE program is a new initiative that will evolve over the coming months.

It’s very simple!

You fill in the RESTORE form, then we check your eligibility. If you meet the conditions, we organize the return of your old products free of charge and send you a voucher valid on tiptoe.fr.

We then refurbish your old products to give them a second life.

After you fill in the RESTORE form, the TIPTOE team will send you a return label to print and attach directly to your parcel. You then drop it off at a Chronopost pickup point. You have nothing to pay.To send your items back, you can use the packaging of your choice.

Each TIPTOE product returned as part of the RESTORE program gives rise to a voucher with the following value:43 cm table leg: €12 incl. VAT per unit75 cm table leg: €15 incl. VAT per unit90 cm table leg: €18 incl. VAT per unit110 cm table leg: €20 incl. VAT per unit

The voucher is valid on tiptoe.fr at the cart stage when finalizing your new order.

You can also choose to donate the amount of your voucher to the association Toit à moi, which TIPTOE has supported for several years.

Toit à Moi works to help people without housing find a home.

1. PURPOSE The General Terms of Service for the RESTORE program define the contractual conditions of the relationship between TIPTOE and the customer.When returning an item, the customer declares that they are the owner of the item and accepts the program terms.
