Precaution : we recommend securing the shelf to the wall for configurations over 110cm high. Safety brackets are included with your order, but you will need to provide screws and wall plugs suitable for your wall.

Steel does not require any special maintenance. If needed, you can clean it with a microfiber cloth.

Depending on your product configuration, your order will be shipped in one or more packages. The whole is delivered flat to facilitate delivery to your home.

Return conditions

You have a 14-day period from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind and exercise your right of withdrawal. Contact us at hello@tiptoe.fr to arrange your return together. Don't forget to keep the original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
